Jardins d'ici et d'ailleurs - Parc de la Vallée-aux-Loups - Chatenay-Malabry - France 🌲

A few kilometers south of Paris, in the Hauts-de-Seine department, the Vallée aux Loups is a wooded and isolated valley extending over more than 60 hectares. In the nineteenth century, it attracts prestigious nurseries and many artists who come to settle there like François-René de Chateaubriand. He will remain eleven years at the Vallée aux Loups, infusing a romantic spirit to the field. The rich and fertile lands of the surrounding plots also give rise to new interests. The department has gradually gathered the parcels into a large park open to the public.
