Case of lipoma, how to operate and stitches 5. Pyloric stenosis 6. HX taking of menorrhagia 6. Hx taking of nulliparous women unable to conceive from 5 years 7. 2nd to 7th CN examination 8. 4th CN examination 9. Pt presented with right leg pain. Examination and Ix and DDs 10. Hx taking of Febrile Fits 11. Abdominal Examination and extended relevent GPE 12. Cardiac Examination and extended relevent GPE 13. Ulcer on tongue.. Examination and DDs 14. Case of adenocarcinoma of esophagus. Counseling the patient for operation 15. Head injury with ball, review CT Scan (Epidural hematoma) and GCS 16. Hx taking of fever from 2 weeks of a child and DDs of fever 17. Hx taking of fever after returning from a conference few days ago. Associated symptoms, hemoptysis, cough, SOB 18.
