Odometer Mileage Correction Lexus IS300 Gauge Cluster | DIY ODO Programming

I got a replacement manual transmission gauge cluster for my Lexus IS300 but the mileage was way different. I did some research and was able to access the EEPROM that stores the mileage and program my older mileage onto the new cluster using a $10 EEPROM Programmer.
