FISIOTERAPIA EN CASA: Uso de muletas
OBJECTIVE: Learn how to use crutches at each stage of the injury. EXERCISE DEVELOPMENT: Phase 1: Put both crutches on your support and move your healthy leg until it's parallel to the crutches. Phase 2: Same, but move your affected leg, distributing your weight between the leg and the crutches. Phase 3: Use the crutch opposite the affected leg. NUMBER OF REPETITIONS: 3 sets of 10 repetitions spread throughout the day. WHO/WHAT PART OF THE BODY IS IT FOR: Patients who require crutches.
