After my last one, venturing around some east side warehouses, I had the desire to hit up the west side equivalent of that: the 13th Avenue Historic District. This stretch, located in the Pearl District, was prominent in the early 20th Century as the railroad was run down this avenue and was flourishing as a primary method of importing and exporting goods. In this video I show off some of these old buildings, repurposed in a multitude of different ways.
