I used drawings from the internet as a basis, but they were designed using a 20x20 profile. I switched to a 40x20 profile for greater reliability and to support more weight. (If anyone needs the dimensions of my bench, please leave them in the comments; I'll leave them in the description below the video.) So, I cut the profile into the necessary components and welded all the elements according to the drawing, setting the desired angles. I didn't take the dimensions into account, as I used a different profile size. Finally, I drilled the resulting bench pieces in the required locations to assemble the structure. The bench length is up to you; in my case, I made it 1800 mm long. After assembly and testing the transformation, I welded on stops to secure it in the desired positions, both assembled and disassembled. Next, I painted the entire metal structure and left it to dry. I made the wooden elements from 200 mm wide forty-meter boards, screwed the blanks in place, and used self-tapping screws to insert a press washer through the profile pipe, pre-drilling a hole through it. Afterwards, I coated the boards with yacht varnish, which is more moisture-resistant. This is the bench I made! Thanks for watching my videos and liking them! Good luck to everyone, and see you soon!
