Verticalización Extrema de Molares

Molar uprighting is a treatment generally required in two situations: when molars have become mesial-tipped in the space left by an extracted or missing tooth, and due to the impaction of permanent molars. Mesial tipping of molars following the loss of adjacent teeth is a common problem in adults. Often, this tipping is accompanied by vertical bone defects, periodontal pockets, distal migration of premolars, and extrusion of the opposing molar, among other problems that could hinder or prevent the fabrication of a dental prosthesis when the tipping is excessive. Today, we will create two simple devices to upright molars with light forces.
