Best climb in Wales, all to ourselves

I headed to Wales to take on one of their classic road cycling rides and check out the biggest, best climb in the area, up Black Mountain. With the sun shining, empty roads and a fantastic cafe stop this trip to Carmarthenshire made me love Wales even more. I've considered moving there several times in fact - the mountain biking is second to none, it's the home of Gritfest and miles of the best gravel trails and now I know the road cycling is amazing too. Just goes to show, you don't need to travel far to ride amazing landscapes and tackle long road climbs.
