Cathay Pacific "New" First Class - Vancouver to New York

Cathay Pacific recently revised its First Class product, changing the menu, amenities, bedding and other service aspects. The Hong Kong airline is also terminating its YVR to JFK service, a regular itinerary of mine. So, with these events in mind, I decided to try out their premiere cabin on this route one last time for old time's sake.
