A Better Built 10-22 on a Budget...... But with Better Parts

Last year I put together a budget 10-22 for a friend of mine. I tried to use lower cost components that enhanced accuracy and still retained a quality feel. But, since then I have come across components that I find are better but still retain a quality feel. So in todays video, I go over those components and show you how it shoots. I shoot some budget SK, some Eley SABR and Match. Now, it was super cold outside. These .22s definitely dont shoot to there full potential below 50 degrees.
