GREENBERITA.com - After 10 years of litigation between her daughter-in-law and her mother-in-law over a plot of land next to Vilya Store, Parsaoran Village, Pangururan District, the Balige District Court, the Medan High Court, and the Supreme Court finally declared her daughter-in-law, Rospita Sibagariang, the rightful owner of the land. Following the final and binding decision against Rospita Sibagariang, the Balige District Court carried out the execution by razing all buildings on the land on Wednesday, October 2, 2024. The execution was escorted by Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) personnel, namely the Pangururan Military District Command (Koramil), led by Captain AZM Siregar, accompanied by Rospita Sibagariang's attorney, Deliana Simanjuntak, a law graduate and master of law.
