I absolutely can't stop myself consume this congee. It's so soft, chicken so tender and taste delicious. Keep this recipe for sure. When you don't feel well and have no appetite, make this chicken congee! Recipes (for 4 peoples) 1 cup Rice (180 gr) 2 litre Water (you can adjust) 250 gr Chicken (as you like) 1 tbs Oyster sauce 1 tsp Bouillon 1 tbs Corn starch 2 tbs Water Green Onion 20 gr Ginger (or as you like) Salt Chicken stock powder Some spicy (optional) The ratio for rice and water is 1 Rice : 12 Water.
