Good luck to everyone! Dayko Bitubo Compact is a compact class bridge rod with quick assembly, designed on a platform made entirely of metal. The materials used in its design are aluminum and stainless steel. The project was designed to reduce assembly times, to provide safety in use and longevity alike. Wear is another factor that has been reduced to a minimum by using adjustment and fastening systems dedicated to high-hardness metals. Thus, Dayko Bitubo Compact was equipped with vise-type elements in all adjustment points. It is worth noting the presence of stainless steel in these areas on the vise-type drive systems: screws and threading housings. Aluminum is present in two forms: cylindrical bars and CNC machined blocks. In both cases, the hardness of the material is not affected, being processed under high precision computer-assisted milling. The skeleton is designed on two aligned cylindrical bars of the same length, positioned one under the other. There are three bridges with the role of fixing, aligning and stiffening them. The presence of the lower bar has as its main role the reinforcement of the entire main arm to cope with the weights to be supported. The three bridges are made of CNC machined aluminum blocks and eliminates the occurrence of torsions caused by the lack of a rod when a feature or a return to the shore occurs. Thus, any of the posts that no longer support a rod / reel assembly will not affect the center of gravity or the stability of the entire system. Also, the decalibration of the axis in such moments of the buzz bars due to mechanical shocks is eliminated. The connecting piece with the buzz bars is also made of an aluminum block in the same regime (CNC). The shape is trapezoidal with a large base facing upwards to obtain a more generous surface and increased stability of the buzz bars. The sides of the piece are slightly arched to reinforce and support greater weights. The Buzz Bars are made of 3 components. The central piece is an aluminum block while the side rods are stainless steel bars. The distances between the posts are designed to ensure and accommodate large reels in the Big Pit class without problems. The actuation and adjustment systems, more precisely the levers and adjustment threads are made of ABS, a material resistant to high temperatures or mechanical shocks. The posts are made of stainless steel and provided with an adjustable adjustment and fixing system in the form of an Allen screw (delivered with the product). In this way, any alarm or butt rest, regardless of the length of the thread, can be attached without problems. Dayko Bitubo Compact is equipped with quick adjustment and assembly systems of the telescopic type for the central arm and folding for the buzz bar supports. Their securing is done by vise-type mechanisms. The 4 legs allow a single fixing position but thanks to the central piece, two mounting modes are available. In 3 and 4 points respectively. 4-point fixing is recommended for situations where the relief of the stand is complex and uneven. 3-point fixing is recommended for stands equipped with a pontoon or straight bank. The legs are telescopic, having a total length (extended) of 81 centimeters and a compact length of 47.5 centimeters. The footprint in the 4-point fixing mode (rectangular perimeter) of anchoring is 0.8 square meters. The distance between the legs on the side is 0.85 centimeters, while for the opposite sides it is 0.95 centimeters. These values ​​can be exploited when the legs are extended. The footprint in 3-point anchoring mode (triangle perimeter) is 0.66 square meters, with a lateral distance of 144.5 centimeters and a front distance of 95 centimeters (opening). The buzz bar has a total length of 68.4 centimeters (measured along the axis of the end posts). The distance between the end posts and the next one is 22.5 centimeters measured along the axis. The distance between the center posts is 24 centimeters measured along the axis.
