¿Por qué los coches nuevos siguen FALLANDO esta prueba de choque?

Many new cars score poorly in this side-impact test, including Ford, Toyota, and even Volvo. Why? How is it possible that, with an unprecedented level of safety, modern cars fail this test? Well, I did some research to find out what's going on here. This all comes from tests conducted by the IIHS, the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, which tests a lot of US cars in order to improve their overall safety and, ultimately, reduce road fatalities. They conduct many interesting tests, such as crash tests without seatbelts, overlap tests, what happens if you crash a new car into an old one, and what happens if you crash into the undercarriage of a truck. The old car vs. new car test was particularly interesting; it was a 1959 Chevrolet Bel Air against a 2009 Chevrolet Malibu. The difference was incredible. And it's these hundreds of tests that have allowed them to gather all this information and shed some light on the safety of the cars we all buy. ⭕ Why do new cars keep FAILING the Moose Test?    • ¿Por qué los coches nuevos siguen FALLANDO...   ⭕ Why do flat tires suck?    • ¿Por qué los neumáticos sin aire apestan?   #IIHS #CrashTests #DrivenMedia
