In this part I explain the basics of making a common rafter with a metric roofing square and my new App I also make the Redwood Ledge and Brace doors for the opening to the new water storage tank This is a typical couple of days in the life of a modern carpenter, I use my knowledge of 35 years to think, design and build this structure on site. A carpenter has a very varied working life and has to be able to turn their hand and mind to all types of application and building situation on a regular basis, this is partly what I love about my chosen career but the weather! well you cant have it all!!
