My Rear Brake Failed on a Ghat - Royal Enfield Himalayan 411 Ride to Tapola & Mahabaleshwar | Mumbai

📍Somewhere on the descent near Pratapgad, I reached for my rear brake on the Himalayan - and got nothing. This is the story of a ride from Mumbai to Tapola via Poladpur road on my Royal Enfield Himalayan 411. One of Maharashtra's most scenic and underrated routes. We caught the sunset at Koyna Lake, I fell sick the same night, still woke up at 5 am for Wilson Point sunrise - and then on the return, the rear brake lever went completely unresponsive on a ghat descent. Turned out to be air trapped in the master cylinder.
