Hong Kong Flight radar during storm ATC included (7 go arounds!)

Hey guys! So recently there has been many Typhoon/large storms hitting Hong Kong, normally the airport, arrival/departure will be canceled, however on the 27th of August, there was a large storm and Hong Kong airport did not close down, I found this strange and decided to record it on my computer.
