坂田信弘プロのショートスイングとは何だったのか、改めてやってみたら発見がありました。

The "short swing" advocated by professional golfer Nobuhiro Sakata involves thoroughly practicing a semi-circular (180-degree arc) swing, from a top position where the left arm is horizontal and the shaft and arm have an internal angle of 120 degrees, to a finish where the right arm is horizontal and the shaft and arm also have an internal angle of 120 degrees. This method is said to build a strong foundation, and I decided to try this short swing for the first time.
