Zu Fuß durch Skandinavien - Ich komme endlich in der Stadt Kristiansand an

This video continues my world trip to China, Chapter 1: Scandinavia. I start in the morning from the field where I spent the night, pack up my camp, and head back towards Kristiansand. It's one of the first truly warm days in a long time. After all the rain, wind, and cold nights, the sun feels almost unfamiliar. It's still tiring, but also a welcome change. You can really tell that summer has slowly arrived in Norway. Along the way, I decided to skip the last few kilometers to Kristiansand. In my opinion, it just made sense. Sometimes, a long journey involves making sensible decisions and not having to blindly walk every single meter. And honestly, it was time. Time for a shower. Time for fresh clothes. Time to just take a breather. That's something I've thought about a lot on this trip. In Ireland, I sometimes went two or even three weeks without showering, and somehow it didn't bother me nearly as much back then. Maybe it was the wind, maybe the different clothes. I was almost exclusively wearing real wool. Something was different. Here in Norway, I'm noticing it much more than I expected. These little things suddenly become surprisingly important on a long hike. I finally arrive in Kristiansand. A beautiful city, modern, manageable, and with a very pleasant atmosphere. I receive a warm welcome at the hotel, we take a look at the Norwegian currency, and simply enjoy the luxury of having a roof over our heads. In the next episode, we'll spend a few days together in Kristiansand, exploring the city and gathering new impressions before the adventure continues. 🔔Subscribe and activate notifications to join me on this adventure and learn together.
