The Pentax *ist DL Just Embarrassed My Nikon D200

I Took the tiny *Pentax ist DL out on California's beautiful Hummingbird Trail to see if this forgotten CCD DSLR still has what it takes in 2026. What happened surprised me. The colours straight out of camera have that classic CCD magic that many photographers spend hours trying to recreate in Lightroom. The files have a unique look that feels closer to film than many modern digital cameras, and on this hike the little Pentax absolutely stole the show. In this video: 📷 Pentax *ist DL review in 2026 🥾 Hummingbird Trail photo walk 🎞️ CCD colour science and "film-like" rendering 📸 Sample images and real-world results ⚔️ Pentax *ist DL vs Nikon D200 💰 Is this one of the best budget DSLR bargains available today? If you're into vintage digital cameras, CCD sensors, film photography, thrift store camera finds, or just getting out on the trail with a camera, you're in the right place.
