Famous for its 6th-century mosaics, this basilica is located near the ancient Roman Forum, a place where you can experience the quiet and serene soul of Rome. 🏛️ Next, we visited the Colosseum. This magnificent amphitheater, imbued with the history of gladiators and the glory of the Roman Empire, will make you truly understand the meaning of the term "Eternal City" the moment you stand in it. 🇮🇹 Next up is the dazzling marble Altar of the Fatherland (Altare della Patria). A symbol of Italian unification and a panoramic view of Rome, I could feel the love for my country amidst its grandeur. ☕ At Dante's Bar, my last stop, I enjoyed lunch of pizza and carbonara amidst a bustling local atmosphere.
