How I find a bottle dump with the Garrett AT pro and have a better chance of a great day out looking for both relics and antique bottles. Urban archeology or bottle dump digging is a great hobby that takes in the many aspects of our history which includes antique bottles and relics from our past. Its a win win when you bottle dig with a Garrett At Pro or any other metal detector as you can find like I did relics from the date that your dump is from. In this case I found a pocket watch from the early 1900's so this was a good indication of the date of the bottles I could hope to find. The bottle dump is by a little river that we previously searched both up and down stream where we found lots of pieces of crockery and bottles as well as relics related to our time frame.
