wow this aussie pasty recipe is just awesome. better late than never lovelys. recipe written below. for small pasties pre heat oven 190 degrees C for med or large pasties pre heat oven 180 degrees C baking tray with paper 250g beef mince a good amount salt and pepper 1 table spoon wistershire sauce 1 brown onion chopped small grate 500g potatoes 1 parsnip or turnip 1 large carrot 2 big chunks pumpkin mix well then add 2 big handfuls of tasty grated cheese mix well 10 pack frozen puff pastry 1 egg sesame seeds or poppy seeds optional bake small for aprox 28 mins til golden medium for aprox 32 mins til golden brown large for aprox 38 mins til golden brown small will make aprox 30 to 40 med will make aprox 14 to 16 large will make aprox 8 to 10 if cooking from uncooked frozen ones small or med unwrap frozen put on tray put in oven turn oven to 180 degrees c cook til golden brown large ones take out unwrap while frozen put on tray and let thaw. then pre heat oven 180 degrees c cook til golden
