The magnitude of the rapids only eclipsed by the canyon walls and the overwhelming spiritual connection. You accepted the challenge and took the 592 steps, just as the greats did. You sat in the same eddies above Last Step as the legends did. You shared the same epic views. As all the sounds of powerful, rushing water crescendo to a deafening level, you can still somehow hear your own breathes, your heartbeats, and that internal voice screaming at you... "You're ready"!
