Today’s session is a 30-minute seated mobility and yoga strap flow designed to help your body recover, reset, and prepare for what’s ahead. This workout moves at a slow, intentional pace, giving you time to check in with your body, release tension, and improve joint mobility. The yoga strap is optional—it can be used to gently assist certain poses or to deepen stretches where it feels good, but everything can be done without it. This is a perfect mid-challenge recovery day to support: Joint health and mobility Muscle relaxation and flexibility Nervous system calming Body awareness and posture Overall recovery without losing momentum Workout Benefits: Gentle seated mobility for the full body Improves flexibility and range of motion Supports shoulders, hips, spine, and hamstrings Low impact and fully modifiable Great for recovery, rest days, and body check-ins Chair-supported with no floor work This flow is intentionally placed here to help your body feel refreshed and ready, because Day 8 is a seated full-body strength workout.
