EveryLift @ Seaquay Shopping Centre

This shopping centre looks like built in the 1970's or 1980's, but recently it's being refurbished a bit. There aren't too much lifts here since this shopping centre is a bit like Gran Túria shopping centre in Valencia which is also as derelict as this. I don't know in which city of England this is located at but it is defo not in London nor Masonville City. May I assume this is somewhere in Kent?
