CK3 Hardest Difficulty 1066 Komnenos 4: Rebellion

Fourth episode starting as Alexios Komnenos in the Byzantine Empire in 1178 and playing Crusader Kings 3 using the most challenging ruleset, including "very hard" difficulty, frequent scourge-of-the-gods conquerors with all heirs inheriting, doomsday plagues with unlimited random Black Deaths, and minus three domain limit for the player only. Burdened by the weight of rulership, physical ailments, and the disappointing education of his eldest son, Alexios scrambles to secure his dynasty's legacy. But can he survive his body's increasing infirmity and the constant plagues that wrack Constantinople? If he passes on, will his poorly educated heir be able to withstand the factions and rebellions that await him upon succession? The only way for the Komnenos to hold onto their throne may be to turn former enemies into unlikely allies.
