We sold everything and are leaving Bucharest! After 15 years spent in the Capital and 6 years in this 3-room apartment that we renovated with such love, we made a radical decision. We signed the sale documents for €290,000 and are starting a new life at home, near Brașov! Where have we disappeared to all this time and why did we choose to make this major change? In this vlog we tell you everything about the moving process, why Bucharest is no longer right for us (especially after 5 years of working from home / remotely) and how the real estate market has evolved since 2020 (when we bought the apartment for €110,000) until now. An intense period is coming: moving to Brașov for rent, monitoring the construction site for our new house (we hope it will be ready by December!) and, of course, continuing our soul projects.
