This is the Good Family Jeju Rishine 🤗 Today's video is about making young radish kimchi and eating young radish bibimbap~ I noticed young radishes and Chinese cabbage were on sale at the supermarket recently, so I thought this was the perfect time and immediately made some young radish kimchi haha. I bought two bunches of young radishes and one bunch of Chinese cabbage, picked a recipe that looked delicious online, and adapted it a bit to make it. Remembering how I made too much last year and ended up just eating stir-fried young radishes because I didn't know what to do with them later, I decided to make just enough to enjoy this year. I decided to eat young radish noodles, young radish cold noodles, and young radish bibimbap ^^ I mixed the freshly made young radishes with barley rice and ate them with Cheonggukjang (fermented soybean paste stew). As expected~ young radish kimchi tastes best when mixed!!
