A barbecue for nine people calls for variety, and this video features picanha cut into strip steaks, ribeye steak, flank steak, and boneless chicken cooked directly on the grill. The matambrito (flank steak) was topped with avocado purée with wasabi, lemon, and olive oil, and the Perdigão Na Brasa chicken, which comes pre-seasoned and goes straight to the grill, was served with smooth mashed potatoes with brie cheese, made in the Thermomix. There's also choripán stuffed with cheese and a thin, spicy sausage finished with caramelized onion cream and grated Parmesan. The onion reduces for an hour in butter before becoming a cream with white wine, heavy cream, and thyme. To finish, a silky and shiny brigadeiro (Brazilian chocolate fudge) that the food processor made on its own in twenty minutes, and even cleaned the pan afterward.
