This was from their displays outside the Mews in the village of Braemar during the 2018 Braemar Gathering weekend. The band was formed in 1999 by Andy Bryan and some of the committee members from the Millport Branch of the Royal British Legion Scotland (RBLS) The first few members came from Millport, Largs, Fairlie and other areas of North Ayrshire. They now have about 60 members, with 18 young players and they wear their own Isle of Cumbrae tartan.
