Spicy Roasted Red Pepper alla Vodka MUKBANG with Giant Fusilli!

Today, we're using the super awesome giant fusilli again (aka Colonne Pompei) to make a spicy roasted red pepper alla vodka pasta! Turned out really good, can't wait to elaborate a bit more on this next time. Maybe a combo of roasted peppers and tomatoes? Add sausage?! I think so! How I did it: 1. Melt a couple tbsp butter in a pan, then added a couple tbsp calabrian chili pepper paste and sauteed for a minute or so. 2. Add the vodka, about 1/4 to 1/2 cup and simmer until the alcohol has cooked off (won't be able to smell the sharpness from the alcohol anymore). 3. Add pureed roasted peppers (use food processor or hand blender) and season with salt and add a couple tbsp white balsamic vinegar. 4. Once at a simmer, add a 1/2 cup heavy cream, season again. Then add a few tbsp fresh minced garlic and stir to comine. 5. Add pasta of choice (linked the pasta I used below) and cook for another minute. Make sure to boil your pasta for a minute less than the al dente directions and reserve some starchy pasta water to add to your sauce, which you will most likely need to do, and you'll need more for heating up any leftovers.
