Você tem certeza de que isso é um defeito?
For many years I thought some of my personality traits were flaws. Being quiet, liking to be alone, not liking parties, preferring few friends, liking routine... all of this was a reason for criticism. Over time, I realized that these characteristics never prevented me from building a good life. On the contrary: they helped me make choices more aligned with who I really am. In this video I share some of these experiences and a reflection on how, often, we try to fit into a model of happiness that simply doesn't match our personality. 💬 And you? What characteristic of yours was always seen as a flaw, but today you see it as a quality? I really want to read your story in the comments.
