Process flow: 1.Double-Roll Single-Shaft Shredder: Preliminary Size Reduction The machine is equipped with two high-strength rotating rolls and durable alloy blades, which use the shearing and tearing force generated by the relative rotation of the double rolls to efficiently cut and shred the bulky agricultural films into strip-shaped fragments with a size of 1-5 inches. 2.Plastic Recycling Crusher: Fine Crushing The crusher adopts a high-speed rotating rotor and a dense blade structure, which can further crush the strip-shaped fragments into uniform small particles with a size of 8-12 mm. 3.First Desander: Primary Heavy Impurity Separation Initial cleaning separates impurities like sand and small stones by exploiting density differences between plastic and heavier contaminants. 4.First Floating Cleaning Tank: Preliminary Rinsing and Light Impurity Separation After primary desanding, the plastic fragments enter the first floating cleaning tank, which mainly undertakes the task of preliminary rinsing and separating light impurities.The light impurities that are insoluble in water and have a lower density than plastic will float on the water surface and be scraped off by the overflow device of the tank, while the plastic fragments after preliminary rinsing will flow to the next process with the water flow. 5. Second Desander: Secondary Deep Desanding Its working principle is the same as that of the first desander, but it has a more precise separation structure and a slower water flow rate, which can fully separate the fine sand particles that are not removed in the first desanding process.
