Jim Steinman's THE DREAM ENGINE - 1972 Michael Kemon Session (Upgrade)
This session was recorded (apparently) on May 15th 1972 by Jim Steinman, a mysterious 'Brian', Bette Middler, and god knows who else. It was recorded at Hit Factory in New York and produced by Michael Kamen during the time of the aborted 1972 production of The Dream Engine. It gives an insight into early Steinmania and our first glimpse at what would eventually become the famous "Heaven Can Wait", although the arrangement here is rather outrageous... Like everything else, this has been made to sound better... Enjoy! 00:00:00 Heaven Can Wait [Jim Vocals] 00:03:27 Train Of Love [Brian Vocals] 00:07:05 Who Needs The Young?
