Curry Giapponese | Vegetariano | Da Zero senza Dado 🍛

🍛 The Japanese curry that we'll be making today doesn't involve the use of a stock cube, we make everything from scratch! 🍛 This curry is Japanese in appearance, very dense, but slightly spicier with the intent of balancing our body through the warm nature of the spices. I give you two versions, the milder one with the sweeter Japanese flavor and the stronger and spicy one, my favorite, to make sure the body is well warmed during the cold season. INGREDIENTS for a Mild Japanese Curry with a sweeter flavor 1 parsnip 1 sweet potato 1/2 onion garlic to taste (optional) 1 grated apple 1 tablespoon of soy sauce (I used the dark one) 1 teaspoon of curry with a medium spicy flavor 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala 1 tablespoon of honey or favorite sweetener 700 ml of vegetable broth 2 tablespoons of corn starch diluted in 2 tablespoons of water INGREDIENTS for a Spicier Japanese Curry 1 parsnip 1 sweet potato 1/2 onion garlic to taste 1/2 grated apple 1 tablespoon of soy sauce (I used the dark one) 2 tablespoons of curry with a medium spicy flavor 1/2 tablespoon of paprika (optional) 1 teaspoon of garam masala (if you like it very spicy add 1 tablespoon as in the video) 1 teaspoon of honey or your favourite sweetener 700 ml of vegetable broth 2 tablespoons of corn starch diluted in 2 tablespoons of water As always I hope you enjoyed the recipe, shots and music!
