Case Study 156 - Honeymoon Palsy AKA Radial Nerve Palsy Honeymoon palsy is a type of radial nerve palsy that occurs when someone falls asleep on your arm and compresses the radial nerve. Radial nerve palsy is a condition that affects the radial nerve, which runs from the upper arm to the wrist and fingers. Symptoms include weakness in the muscles innervated by the nerve, such as wrist drop.
