Rice Pudding Old-Fashioned Pudding Series

Welcome back to episode three of my Old-Fashioned Puddings series here on Farmers Wife Homestead. This week we are making a true comfort food favourite — old-fashioned rice pudding. Simple pantry ingredients, a slow oven, and that beautiful creamy texture that so many of us grew up with. Rice pudding is one of those humble desserts that stretches a little into a lot, fills the kitchen with the most comforting smell, and reminds us that the old recipes were often the very best. In this video I’ll show you how I make my version of this classic pudding from scratch, along with a few simple tips to help you get that lovely creamy finish and golden top.
