Free Program Competition of IBSCC 2024 on September 21, Jūrmala, Latvia. International Baltic Sea Choir Competition (IBSCC) takes place annually on September in Latvia and is hosted by the city of Jurmala near the Baltic sea. The choral music competition is held in acoustically superior Dzintari Concert Hall. IBSCC is intended for high level amateur choirs that compete for the GRAND PRIX prize.
