For their safety, they cannot reveal their identities, as they fear reprisals if identified. The testimonies describe an extreme scenario: constant clashes, drone attacks, bombings, low temperatures in wooded areas, and the constant risk of being hit by missiles or gunfire. Most of these messages, disseminated in the last few hours, reflect pleas for help from Peruvians who claim to be in critical condition amid the armed conflict.
