I made the perfect comfort food dinner 😋

Hey everyone welcome back today. I’m making a homemade comfort food dinner that’s full of flavor on the menu. We have crispy fried fish, creamy, mac & cheese piece and corn homemade cornbread muffins and some delicious fudge brownies for dessert. Let’s get cooking. First, I’m getting everything prepared and ready. I love making meals like this because there’s nothing better than a homemade dinner with all the classic sides .” Now it’s time for the start of the plate. This crispy fried fish. I’m seasoning it up with a seasoned blend that I made in one container. It contains a double ,sazone, garlic powder , onion powder , pepper , paprika , and a little bit of salt . I took all of those seasonings and blended it into one container. It’s every thing seasoning blend for like big batches of meat or whatever you choose to use those seasonings for I just choose to put it all in one container. It makes it easier . I got the coding for the seasoning on with the flower the flower season as well with the same seasonings now I’m trying to get it to a nice and golden and frying it until it’s perfectly crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside . next step, we have the mac & cheese we’re going for that creamy cheesy. Goodness that makes this plate perfect comfort, food side . I’m adding some simple sides with peas and corn to bring everything together. Sometimes the classic combinations are the best . And of course, no comfort food meal is complete without cornbread muffins these came out. Soft warm and perfect alongside the fish dinner . to finish things off I made some rich fudge brownies, a little something sweet after a delicious homemade meal . Here’s the finish plate, crispy, fish, creamy, mac & cheese, veggies, cornbread and brownies a full homemade feast.
