Officials dispute alleged photo letter

A public dispute has erupted between Wicomico County Executive Julie Giordano and Sheriff Mike Lewis over the existence of a letter allegedly telling Giordano to stop sending explicit photos to sheriff’s deputies. Giordano denies the allegations and says no such letter exists, while Lewis confirms a letter does exist but says he will only release it if ordered by a court. The disagreement could lead to a legal battle over public records.
