Marvin's not here – and I'm taking the opportunity to give his apartment a proper spring cleaning. Today I'm really working my way through his apartment room by room: bedroom, bathroom, living room, and finally the kitchen. Changing the sheets, doing laundry, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning the windows, watering the plants, and of course, checking what's accumulated in the cupboards and pantry. And things get interesting, especially in the kitchen. 😂 Half-used food, things that have been sitting around for ages, and the question: What can stay and what has to go? I'll also tell you why I still pay attention to whether there are an even or odd number of flowers – a tradition I learned in Russia. In the end, the whole apartment is fresh and tidy again.
