Cultivo das oliveiras no Sul do Brasil

Despite its long history, olive cultivation is still in its infancy in Brazil, especially for olive oil production. Almost all of the product found on national shelves is imported. However, some initiatives have been working to change this reality. Our team visited several municipalities to learn about the state of olive production in Rio Grande do Sul. What we observed was a high level of expectation among producers and the promise of a strong crop in the coming years.
