[VL] ToF CM Flower Strat | Heal Scourge w/ Epidemic + Relic of Sorrow

[Log: https://dps.report/vlvK-20250903-1218...] [Build: https://gw2skills.net/editor/?PSxEgEm...] Allow your DPS to do nothing but blast by covering all immobilise with Epidemic and all reflects with Relic of Sorrow! This build is intended to be paired with a Mimic Chrono--if your Chrono has Feedback, you can cut either Relic of Sorrow or Corrosive Poison Cloud. If your Quick DPS does not give fury, you must run Relic of the Midnight King. Further regarding gear, I always run Sigil of Malice since Paralysation or Concentration aren’t necessary, and I usually run Celestial trinkets to pad out the immobilise duration. However, neither of these are strictly necessary since your Chrono should be helping—if you’re not super confident just yet, feel free to run a normal full healing gear setup. *Epidemic Notes* Epidemic copies conditions from your target to up to five nearby targets. This target cap generally isn’t relevant for our purposes, but if you have some weirdly stacked and/or slow-to-die Malices, be wary of it. Stackable conditions (bleeding, burning, etc) are copied at a maximum of five stacks per condition. Duration-based conditions (immobilise, weakness, etc) are copied at half duration. The new conditions are applied by you and are gauged by your condition damage, but the duration is based on the source and unaffected by expertise. If you completely cast Epidemic but your source dies before the projectiles hit, conditions will not be copied. Also, the conditions copied are read from the source when the projectiles hit, not when you complete the cast. You must have line of sight for the entirety of the cast of Dagger 3. You don’t need line of sight for any part of the cast of Epidemic. If you end up on the wrong weapon set or with Dagger 3 on cooldown, don’t be afraid to use Epidemic anyway—there will probably be at least some amount of cripple, chill, or immobilise on Cerus from the DPS, and it’s better than just letting the Malices walk in. *Relic of Sorrow Notes* The bubble appears on your location after the cast time of your elite skill is complete. It has a 30 second internal cooldown. If you have triple greens and your Flesh Golem is standing in two of them, it will die-- resummoning it triggers the relic which will lock you out for the cooldown duration. Unless you’re doing an omega speedrun, you will never be in a situation where you can't use Charge to CC because you used it for Relic of Sorrow, don't worry! Standing in the bubble also gives a unique damage reduction buff, you can use it in 10% to reduce healing pressure! I forgot here, RIP.
