Adventure Across the Hoo Peninsula - Cliffe & Halstow Lost History
In this video, we explore an RAF Gravesend decoy bunker, Cliffe Quarry cement kilns, anti-tank cones in Cliffe village, an ROC post, Cooling radio station, and Shade House on the High Halstow marshes. Please note the kilns were for Portland cement clinker manufacture from chalk and clay, not lime. More information on Cooling radio station: http://beyondthepoint.co.uk/cooling-r... Filmed on the Nikon Z50 mirrorless with 8mm-16mm, 16mm-50mm and 50mm-250mm lenses. Apologies for the wind noise - we forgot our mic! Visit BeyondthePoint.co.uk for more hidden heritage
