You can read the original report here: https://grizzlyreports.com/xp-entire-... I started the video by reading some parts of the report that question whether XP Investimentos is trustworthy. The allegation that XP is a supposed pyramid scheme was based on the fact that XP Investimentos has structured derivatives operations, known as COEs. My opinion is that there is a significant difference between selling COEs and being a Ponzi scheme. The sale of COEs is more likely abusive to clients, but in itself it is not sufficient evidence for such a serious accusation. I also emphasized that I have no relationship with XP Investimentos. My office does not carry any brand and does not work exclusively with any brokerage firm. I even have several videos here on the channel criticizing the conduct and extremely low level of professionalism of XP professionals. My defense is that such attacks have no plausible justification, since the alleged profits would be subject to potential tax assessments and not fraud. Some people are looking for ways to invest abroad through XP. I also emphasized in the video that you should always strive for geographic diversification. I cited some examples of clients who have XP International Investments but end up buying only bonds from Brazilian companies (which doesn't make sense). But after all, is XP Investments reliable? I explained, at the end, that there is no company or investment that is risk-free.
