This is a 13 minute qigong practice for the Fire Element and the Season of summer. I filmed it recently in southern Spain while teaching a retreat called Summer's Spirit. It focuses on forms that uplift and nourish the heart, which is the main organ related to Fire in Chinese medicine and qigong.
