Birce (the new assistant-intern) is lucky that the company secretary is still in the building. She comes with the security guard and tells Mr. Yunus that Birce is really the new assistant-intern. Yusuf forgives Birce for the first and the last time. He tells her to come back next day and wait for him at the lobby. Tarik is still intimidating Vildan. Vildan tells her everything… everything about the cellar, the moment Reyhan found Elif and the rest of the story. Tarik gets furious and forces Vildan to leave. She says she won’t go because she knows that Elif is Tarik’s daughter. She says she can use that fact against him. Tarik tells her that she is being ridiculous… but he goes mad because Vildan is threatening him. Then he shows her how a real threat would be like. He directly says; “if you make another mistake, I’ll kill you”… then he storms out. Vildan is now absolutely sure that Elif is Tarik’s kid. At home Kerem sees Tarik. He is baffled because he was expecting Tarik the next day. Tarik thinks Kerem is unhappy to see him. Kerem has no ambition for the company but Tarik can’t stop thinking that Kerem is going to dethrone him. Since Kerem is Macide’s son and Tarik is only her daughter’s husband, the blood tie is going to be the reason to put Kerem in the first position. This idea really keeps Tarik’s mind busy in an obsessive way. Reyhan bumps into Humeyra in the corridor and drops some of the bread. Reyhan is terrified but unexpectedly Humeyra treats her well. This is quite a shock for Reyhan. Humeyra goes upstairs to see Tarik. He is furious because things got awkward. Now Elif is walking freely in the house and he can’t do anything about that. Macide thinks she is a different Elif but still there is too much at stake. He refuses to go downstairs for dinner. Macide doesn’t like that. Since she quarreled with Tarik, now Humeyra turns back into her angry state. She scolds Reyhan at the dinner table again. Reyhan is shocked to see this bipolar state. Macide instructs Vildan to go shopping for Elif… she tells her to buy clothes and a new bed. Vildan knows this is getting worse. Humeyra also dislikes Elif’s existence. She even shouts at her in the corridor. Macide understands Humeyra has problems with her husband. Humeyra refuses that. She always protects her husband. Humeyra is alone with her husband Tarik in the morning and she is so unhappy to see that he treats her like an enemy. Tarik doesn’t care about her complaints and heads for work. At the Haktanir Company, the new assistant-intern Birce waits for Yunus’s arrival. He shows up but doesn’t even look at her face. She understands this is going to be challenging. Reyhan makes cookies and takes some of them for Elif. Vildan stops her. She takes the cookies from her hand. Then she sends Reyhan back into the mansion. Vildan is so uncomfortable with the fact that Reyhan is prying into everything. She takes the cookies inside her room but throws them into the waste basket.
