Samodyscyplina

Self-discipline is a very pleasant quality. I know what I want. I know how I want to do it and when I want to do it. I make a commitment to myself. And then I keep my word to myself. Self-discipline means doing what needs to be done, whether I feel like it or not. Sounds simple? It is. First, I think about what I want to do, what change I want to make in my life. I know it's good for me and will add positive value to my life. I also know that my subconscious will most likely try to discourage me because it dislikes change. That's why I don't ask myself every day if I feel like fulfilling the commitment I've made to myself today, but simply carry out my plan at the agreed-upon time. It's very effective. Very enjoyable. And it brings wonderful results.
